Diaper Swappers

Lol My 7yr old has just started asking dh to get/do things for her. I think its mostly a habit for my girls. Im the one whos been with them all.day.long. their entire lives, with daddy being at work all day-and if he's on call they may not see him at all that day. I also think maybe since they are use to having things done a certain way for so long it feels odd to have someone else do it a different way?

YES!! Seriously, some kind of high tech spyware! Don't forget phone calls! Oh dear me. Every radar they have goes off when I decide to make a phone call and suddenly they are in my face, fighting, yelling, crying, screaming....

When DH was little he used to yell "MOM, I WENT POOPOO!" and nobody but her could wipe his butt. this went on until like age 7! LOL

OMGYES!! DH is always asking me ot make phone calls for him...hey call and check on this...see if you can find this....etc...And he gets so mad that it takes me like 4 days to do it...he has no idea how hard it is to make a phone cal when the kids are like within a 4 mile radius of me and my phone.

Seriously, I've heard people on the other end of the line just laughing as I cover the phone and say "Kids, I am ON the phone!!!"

I think they truly believe there is some secret escape hole that I try and go into when I have to use the bathroom. Our boys weren't too bad, but dd has a heart attack if I want to shut the door. I always tell her "There is NO secret door, I will not be flushed down the toilet. Let me pee in peace." She's two, I don't think she gets it...

Autocorrect has helped me type this.

Good grief! I know! My DS is almost 6 and STILL calls for me to wipe his butt. And STILL comes into the bathroom when I'm using it. Actually both kids and the dog seem to have a deep seated fear that I am going to fall in and must check on me!

Wow... So glad I'm not the only one with these issues! Lol my dd will scoot down the hall backwards with her butt in the sure looking for me if I don't come to wipe her quickly enough! Lol
