Newborns in Loveybums?

Did anyone use Loveybums wool on their littles?
I'm interested in the jersey and crepe covers... Were they very bulky? I plan on using them over a combination of fitteds, cotton prefolds and sbish flats.

I would love to see pictures, if anyone has any!

I used exclusively LBs pullons, jersey and interlock wraps on DD2 as a newbie. I loved them all, but my favorite were the pullons...so trim The jersey wrap was not bulky and fit under the cord stump on my 7lber.

Eta- Ill try to post pics from my PC later.

They didn't fit under the stump on my 7lber, but almost nothing did. They were my favorite cover, hands down! So soft, trim, and comfy
This is a jersey cover:

I had the wraps & the pull ons. I found the wraps a bit bulky over a fitted & mostly used the pull ons.

Re: Newborns in Loveybums?

Bumping for another question.

What did you use under your loveybums? I am thinking of going straight to closureless yellow GMD WH. Do you think with the rise folded down that it would be too bulky to fit over the pull ons?

Jersey covers and pull on shorts are not bulky at all. They are some of the trimmest covers I've ever used, including non-wool.
I had loveybum jersey wrap covers for my last newborn, and they are what totally sold me on wool, and on loveybums. I really liked the jersey, so trim and so stretchy. They fit for quite a while. I used them over a variety of diapers, but mainly over snappi'd GMD prefolds. Worked great.

I want the babies and the diapers! Question: I was thinking of going with wraps for nb, and pull on wool for later. I'm thinking nb bf poo and soaker style could be messy. Would it be fine with a good fitted? What says the voice of experience?
