If you still have discharge, go back to the piercer and have them look at that. It is not normal to be having issues that long. Honestly, I would have them look at it, as well as look at yourself, if you see any purplish looking skin behind the piercing area it is moving out of the skin. If you don't take care of it, the skin can shove it all the way out and leave a pretty nasty scar. Trust me, I learned the hard way. I fought my belly piercing for about 1.5 years, finally one day I looked down and the jewelry was gone, my body shove it out. It left quite an ugly scar.
Oh and tea tree oil probably can help too, but a lot of people can be very sensitive it, not good to find out you are sensitive to something when you already have an issue. You can do a skin test first to check, and then try it
