Ok, ladies...here's my great apple recipe!

Caramel Apple Cake
1.5 c. original Bisquick
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 medium apples, peeled & sliced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. boiling water

Heat oven to 350. Mix Bisquick and sugar in medium bowl. Stir in milk until blended.

Pour mixture into ungreased 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Top with apples and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over apples. Pour boiling water over top.

Bake 50-60 min., or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm w/whipped cream or ice cream.
