What is an average bbt for CD8? Is my temp, 36.22 C or 97.19, a fairly average temp? I just want to make sure I'm doing this right.

I don't think the actual temps matter. It's just the ups and downs your temps do that makes the difference. My chart link is in the heart in my siggy. FF says its normal.

When you are charting, it is about the "forest" not the "trees". In other words, it is about the overall pattern, not the individual temps.

For instance, for me - pre-O is usually under 98.o F, but for some women it is higher. But it is all about the *pattern* not the temps themselves. You will see your pattern after charting a cycle or two.

If you check out the chart gallery on Fertility Friend, you can see what I mean about the patterns.
