How do you remember to drink your water?

I keep "forgetting" then get to have some awesome (awful) cramps.
I have issues drinking anything, though. So it's not just water. I'm open to suggestions.

Not pregnant but I seriously need to work on my water consumption! Back when I had a fridge that made crushed ice I used to love to munch it. I would just fill u pa big glass with it all the time with just a little water and munch it all day. I also like seltzer water too.

I don't, lol. I drink when I get thirsty, which is not a good habit, because I seem to hardly get thirsty. Lately, I've been drinking less than 24 ounces of water per day.

What I need to do is put a reminder in my phone and just chug 8 ounces at a time, every 1.5 to 2 hours. That would definitely help get it done.

I can probably do both of these! I only drink when I am thirsty too. And the ice and water is free at work!

Re: How do you remember to drink your water?

I find that if I carry my water bottle around, I'll just take a swig every so often and over the course of the day, it just seems to disappear. I drink a ton at meals too, it's just instinct. Like, when we go out, I finish my glass and drink half of dd's and dh's before the server even comes back to the table

we have 3 healthy kids and you don't need to 'remember' to eat or drink anything.
Eat and drink when you are hungry or thirsty.
