ours doesn't have a sanitary cycle, but it does have hot/cold and warm/warm. i noticed ours wasn't as warm as i wanted it, so i just turned the cold water valve that the washer hooks into down about halfway or maybe a little less. it makes it take a little longer for the cold cycles to fill, but not enough that it makes any difference to me
