Adorable baby.
Yep Jess you have jusy stated why I don't like horses, they are big, unpredictable, and can hurt you.

Oh we knew she wasn't happy. She had never loaded on a ramp and didn't want to. Also she is a yearling.so.she was basically a scared baby that I was pulling as hard as I could while two other people were shoving from behind. She is actually a really good horse.

Still an animal that is unpredictable. Thus the reason Jerry and MH will do her horse and I will not be a part of it. Don't want to transfer my fear to her.

Fynn says my sister's name isn't Jessica anymore. It's mummy.
I showed him and Cami the photos. They both Ohhhhhhh'd and ahhhhhh'ed over the pictures. I tried to explain that the baby is their cousin. Cami got it but Fynn didn't. Fynn said "No, dat baby!" and when I pointed to my sister and said that's Jessica he said "No, dat mummy!". He's a clever boy, and right!

Re: Basically it's the weekend!
MIL took Fynn out today in his SBish longies and they are ruined. split down the seam on the bum, hole in the front (on the pocket), hole in the knee, and a hold on the side.
Worse is he wasn't even in cloth diapers today! He could easily have worn jeans.

Re: Basically it's the weekend!
MOrning mamas. Hugs on the horse, Jess. Hugs on the longies, Janine.
baby pix. So sweet. He's perfect. So I slept in, perused the 'net for girls boots and stumbled on Old Navy's deal of the day - $15 fleece peacoats for women (which I have been lusting after for a month) and $15 fleece jackets for girls and boys. Thought about ordering it all online, but decided I needed the girls to try them on because they have a very liberal definition of medium and large in girls. Took the whole fam to the store at 1pm, and they had sold out of every coat by 10:30 and there were none left in the state. I found one for Ian in a 5T hidden on the wrong rack. :whew: Went to the car to check online, everything sold out in their sizes. Girls really disappointed, they were looking forward to new jackets since they have worn their current ones since they moved here two years ago. Went down the shopping center to Marshalls, and lucked out and found two jackets for them for $38 total, and they are way nicer that what was at Old Navy. Couldn't find a dang thing for me though, and I'm the one that doesn't have a nicer fall jacket, just true winter coats. Downside is while I was finding those coats, DH took the kids to 5 Below and bought junk. Oh well, what can you do.

Re: Basically it's the weekend!
It is super hard for me to find coats that fit because my arms are so long, so even if ON had had any when I got there, they may have not fit anyway. And when you take kids into 5 Below, well, you are just asking for trouble.
DH loves that store, he is just a big kid. But won't touch Dollar Tree, LOL.I've learned my lesson. Ordering girls boots online now.
