Payment under review?

I've had it happen to me as the sender of the money. My CC wasn't declined and I was at home per usual. I think its just a random quality control thing. Like self auditing? They check out a certain number of transactions to ensure they are legit. Mine ended up being cleared in less than the 24 hours and I have the item (sbish longies yum!) safe and sound, no further issues

this I had this happend with me (as in it was my payment under review) I had the total amount in my paypal with plent y to spare at the time plus full backing with my bank account Pay pal credit line and 2 more personal CC trust me the lady got paid LOL (and it for like a $12 purchase) it was because I made the deal in Texas at my parents though I live in AZ. It cleared with in 24 hours.
