YouTube kettlebell swings. You can use it for tons if exercise. It's a tool for crossfit trainers and exercise.

I gained after yesterday I am back to 154.8 - Waaaaaaaaaa!!! I am going to eat healthier and still try to get in my calories. I have to go shopping today. I have no idea what to buy, but I am sure I will figure it out. I am so used to eating so low calories, it is hard to find foods that are in the middle. I know bad food and really low cal foods. The ones in the middle elude me. I do not eat that much, so I have to find high protein foods to eat during meal times.

I am the same. I can either eat very little or I just eat way too much. Lately I've been snacking on a lot of fruit and cheese sticks. I have been craving goat cheese for like a month but I don't really know how I'm going to eat it. I'll have to google for ideas.

I love goat cheese!! I just eat it right out of the package....LOL! I would also eat the whole block of it. I cannot resist cheese. I think I am going to buy my low calorie foods and just eat a bit larger portions.

That works! I love it too. Where I used to live a local restaurant had a warm spinach goat cheese and bacon salad that I have been dreaming of. The kind I got is pretty good but not as musky as I like.

Whole Foods has a goat cheese and spinach salad that is to die for. I could totally go for that! I should make my own. THat is the best thing about WHole Food as it tells you everything in the food for allergy reasons. Means you can easily make your own. It never is as good though....LOL!

Jut got from the farm market! I got good meats and my veggies/fruit for the week.

I love fresh produce! It makes me a happy person almost as much as my hikes (which I have to wait until tomorrow to get in). Oh well I get to snuggles on a col day with Miss M!

Went shopping. Got all types of healthy foods! Yummy salmon salad for dinner tonight. I also went from blue hair to cherry brown today!!!!
