What's for dinner this week?

Just finished making my meal plan and my grocery list. I'm making an apple crisp for dessert too. Yum.

Sun - Taco soup, salad.
Mon - Oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes, corn and salad.
Tues - pancakes, eggs, bacon, fruit.
Weds - leftovers.
Thurs - dinner at church
Fri - pizza and salad.
Sat - party leftovers from DS's birthday party.

Sounds good! This week:

Sun: Roasted chicken, carrots, broccoli, biscuits
Mon: spaghetti squash pasta bake w/ground turkey
Tues: acorn squash soup, fresh baked crusty rolls
Wed: chili
Thurs: probably go out to eat
Fri: Chicken enchiladas or bbq chicken

Lunches: black bean or chicken quesadillas, hummus wraps, baked potatoes, leftovers

Not sure but thinking tamato soup & grilled cheese, waffles Friday. Tacos somewhere in there. Other days idk. Go out to eat sat & wedding that night 4 food.

I need some inspiration right now so I'm subbing too I have seriously been craving apple crisp/tart or anything like that and now that I read that you are making one I'm seriously considering running to the sore for the ingredients I'm missing

Nothing is in specific order:

Pot roast
Lettuce wraps with black beans
Quinoa and white bean casserole with onions
Ham and white bean soup with cornbread
Sausage and corn
Chicken tenders with peas and zucchini chips
Stuffed acorn squash

I plan on making a double batch of my chocolate cupcakes, to have some for dessert and to freeze. Maybe some applesauce or an apple pie. Not to mention everything else I get to start making I love fall.

We had chicken casserole, cornbread, green beans, and corn tonight. I'm not sure about the rest of the week. I have some chicken enchiladas in the freezer. We will probably have those one night. I was also thinking about doing a roast with carrots (no potatos, DS2 is allergic).

To be fair...dh and I will be in Cabo for 4 nights this week so its my mom cooking the above for the kids. I will most likely live on the wheat thins and crackers I am sneaking into Mexico for fear of food poisoning.
