No, it was thawed. Slightly softened but not much. It won't work in my oatmeal bar recipe either, the dough is too soupy and I have to put a bunch more PB to get it to the right consistency. I'm not sure if they use malnutritioned cows or have veg. oil in it or what, but it doesn't act like "normal" butter. Tillamook is obviously the best, but even the Fred Meyer stuff doesn't screw up my recipes like Costco's stuff does. It's a bizarre mystery but I won't buy it any more.

I rarely use costco butter...cuz it takes us forever to use, but I agree about tilamook. My fave butter, cheese and although its full of sugar...their french vanilla yogurt with fruit. da best!

AFM: Boys should be on their way back from bike ride with DH. I'm feeling lazy so dinner us mac n cheese with veggies and chicken kielbasa.

On the cuff of my first leg...finally. Geez this linen stitch.

Working on getting my button shop going again, I really miss doing them. My shoulder has been out but feeling better and I am in therapy, so I am ready to get up and running again.
