So glad to find this! I did WW last April for about a year. I cancelled it because I thought I could do it on my own (and to save money) and I've gained it back. So I signed back up so I can get back in my clothes (and to help DH, he does better when we do this together). I'm already struggling though! I used to get 29 points and now I get 26 and those 3 point make a big difference!! Glad to have this thread to help me stay accountable.

Lost 3 pounds last week! It was my first week back on it and I didn't expect to lose much.

But I splurged today. Didn't track anything and I don't think I'm going to. I think I deserve to enjoy myself although I feel gross!

I feel disgusting when i don't track and cheet. I haven't tracked all week because I've had a stomach bug. Today I'm pretty sure i ate more than I'm allowed in a week im afraid of the scale

What is the difference between points and points plus? After each baby I do ww to ,pose the baby weight. I started today but I only know the old system. Is the new points plus better?
