when do you/did you teach your child about dialing 911? did you first have your child memorize your address so they could tell the dispatcher? and how did you teach them about what is and isn't an emergency and when to call 911?

when you call 911 they trace it too your home.I have taught y kids about it since my oldest was 3 or 4 as soon as he could identify the numbers.I also explain to them how important it is that we don't call unless there is an actual emergecy and the reasons we should call.
