I just purchased this last mth. This is such an adorable diaper and i wish i could keep it but we have to take our son to an out of state hospital nxt mth so are trying to gather up extra funds. I believe it is a medium. My almost 18mth old is 18lbs and still has lots of room in it. No issues other than some pillyness inside. It does have light staining on te soaker that would probably sun out. Asking what I paid $15ppd firm
