OP you do realize you jinxed yourself telling us he has been calm and coperative???

J/K 18 months was pretty much the magical time for us as well she still for the most part copperates its sometimes a chase getting her to lay down but onces she does she pretty good.

Oh no, that never occured to me.

I'm a really mean mom, but I'll admit, if he starts getting wiggly for a diaper change, I just pretend to cry and he lays right back down.

I must be a mean mom, too, because I always held them down. Not like sat on them, just held them at the hips while I wrestled the diaper on. They stopped trying to escape after awhile.

Haha. I've cried too. Makes my 16 month old DD stop trying to stand up long enough to ask "what problem?" lol I've learned to snap fast. Haha
