Today I was 154.8 again. A slight loss. I was hoping for more, but will take what I can get. I went grocery shopping today. I got a bunch of healthy foods and kept saying to DH, "I cannot eat that." He kept showing me cheeses and things that were not diet friendly and I resisted! I am proud of me. I forgot to get avacodos and they did not have the rice I wanted at BJs, but I got plenty of other low calorie healthy things. We got several crock pot meals, too.
SO made a double batch of brownies last night. I managed to only eat one but I'm goign to have to resist those things for the next two days. saved most of my calories for last night and made up a bunch of hard boiled eggs so hopefully that'll help.

I have not done a cleanse. I am also breastfeeding, so I have no idea if we could. Brownies will be hard to resist for sure. I would be sending them with everyone in the house to get rid of them. I also forgot to buy eggs...LOL! Darn it.

I totalyl wish i had a school age child I could send them along with, they would be totally eating brownies for lunch . I'm going to try to just eat one a day and let SO eat the rest if he can...he always makes more than he can eat.

LOL!! Yeah, I have one in high school and one in preschool. How's that for difference in ages...LOL! I would also see myself eating them all to "get rid of them," so to speak. I do thinks like that with cheat food. I eat it all at once.

I reweighed today and I'm down another lb probably because I read this thread yesterday and learned you're supposed to weigh in the morning post potty, pre eating but at least I've learned something already
