Used this set for about 7-8 months. Everything is in good condition by any standard. The purple diaper tote is probably best for storage, may not be waterproof anymore. The one planetwise bag is faded but works.

I don't know if they are airflow. I never got into the ME so I don't know the jargon or remember what considerations went into getting it.
