My daughter just did this with a QUARTER. Only problem with her is the quarter was too big so it got stuck...she had to have it surgically removed Wednesday.

The doctor said our situation was really really rare and 99.9% of the time it passes, zero issues.

I'd have her poo in a potty chair or a diaper. The ER gave us a special hat to put over the toilet for DD.
