530am. My bbt has built in memory so I just turn it off and when I get up around 8 and turn it on, it has the temp from earlier.

Re: When do you take your temp?
I currently take mine at 7am because that is when I need to get up for work.
I've been naturally waking up at 6am this whole cycle for some weird reason, so next cycle I'll change my temping time to 6am instead. Hopefully that solves the problem and I get "at least 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep" like I'm supposed to.

At first I tried setting my alarm for the time I usually got up. But ran into problems on the days I has to get up earlier. Also if I wanted to sleep in an additional half hour I was out of luck because I could never fall back asleep knowing I had to get up soon. So I changed the alarm time to an five thirty. That is usually at least an hour before I need to get up and gives me at least three hours of sleep before hand. I take my temp and go back to sleep.

Trial and error! This is my first month to ever chart so I'm sure ill get used to taking the temp at the same time each day! I started laying it in my phone so that helps!
