Re: The 25lb Challenge October thread

I am so glad I cannot eat ice cream due to a dairy issue. It is a good thing as I love to eat the whole pint at once. LOL!!!

Because I completely blew my calorie budget. If I'd eaten a little less during the day to make "room" for it I wouldn't feel bad about it. I hate stress.

Well I don't tolerate it well, but it doesn't stop me. Wish it did!

Do you avoid dairy completely?
If yes, what do you sub for milk in recipes? Alex is allergic for now, hoping he will outgrow it since hes still young.
But i think its dairy that causes my pores to clog. I have smallish pores that clog easy and i notice when i eat cheese especially my face gets oily. I've been reading more on dairy and acne and i suspect it may be contributing to my skin problems

I can eat cheese and yogurt, just not milk. We did have a son with a dairy protein allergy. I used goat's milk in my recipes and it was yummy.

Today I am back up to 135.5 and I ate a sandwich yesterday. I hate when I eat wheat now. It has to be it. Everytime I eat a sandwich, I gain.

Went way over my limit yesterday but I'm just calling it my cheat day. Had an egg for breakfast today so good start.

I can't drink milk either. I can eat milk products to an extent. I'm sure you meant 153 not 135

I over did it yesterday at dinner on an enchilada bake... I'm still laying in bed and avoiding getting up to weigh because of my lapse last night. Ugh. Must. Show. Resolve.
