What's the Diff Between and AI2 and PF with cover

I have some AI2s and honestly I don't see the diifference between them and and pf and cover. Someone enlighten me

Not much, lol. Some are trimmer. That's all I got.

I don't think there is much difference which is why we use prefolds and cover here. I'm too lazy to snap in a new soaker anyways, it would just be laid in. The soaker in the AI2 would be designed to fit that cover, but I find prefolds do the best for my fast wetter anyways.

i would have said snaps usually (to hold the soaker in place) and a bit more shaping of the soaker.

it was a huge moment of revelation to me in cd-ing when i realized that all diaper types are really a variation on a theme. when i first started it all seemed so complicated. now i see that it's all a matter of a)soaker placement and b)cover attachment or lack there of.

i have had some AI2s that were very much like a cover w/ a prefold in it (they had hemp trifolds that snapped in). Main difference was that the "cover" part was suedecloth lined with a print outer rather than all nylon like my BSWW.

Not too much....I was thinking of this while making some AI2's for a swap awhile back. They are basically the same thing, although I think that there is a narrower center in the middle of most AI2's. They're cuter, too, as they usually have a fun inside
