Today, I accidentally stumbled upon a bit of roll-baking genius! I made enough dough to make 3 pans of rolls (these are rolls that don't touch each other when baking). I went to get out my third pan and it was missing...turns out DH had put it in the freezer to support one of those cheap throw-away lasagna pans until it froze through. Anyway....usually, by the time I get to baking the third pan of rolls, they are way over-risen. This is going to solve that problem. The cold temperature of the pan is slowing down the raising enough that I think I might throw the third pan in the freezer on purpose next time!
