I would totally say something to the teacher. It may not change her mind on what she thinks is appropriate, but maybe she would decide not to tell a child what they can/can't be for Halloween next year. Plus she needs to be aware that she hurt a child's feelings and needs to be more careful next time.

A few thousand, a few million is more like it it cracks me up when I see/hear people refer to it as a few Christians with this mindset as if their are only a handful scattered out in the USA or the World. Lets get real fast!
