Hamburger

Taco Soup:
1 Lb ground beef cooked and drained
½ C Chopped onion sautéed
2 Cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes chopped
1 can niblets corn
1 can kidney beans, drained, washed
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 can water
1 pkg mild taco seasoning
Simmer 20 min

Grated cheese & sour cream to top it off or tortillas

I haven't yet tried this Salisbury Steak recipe, but a friend of mine swears by it.
