Here it is!

CD 1. Boo.
I read that the first cycle is usually annovulatory, and then the next 2-3 cycles can still be wonky and have short LP's. It can take a few cycles before the body regulates itself again.

So, with this info, I really feel like NTNP the next few cycles until they at least get a little more regular. I'd be heartbroken if I got a BFP, then start bleeding a few short days later because my body couldn't sustain that pregnancy yet.
My last cycle was 59 days ago.

Im Megan
We are ttc # 3 (and have been since ds2was
Born). Im currently nursing my 13 month old ds. My
cycles returned in April but im pretty sure they were anovulatory until this past cycle.
Im hoping I conceive quicker than last time!

how about that... we have really similar stories! and yep, I hear you on the sooner than last time! I have a feeling I've gone overboard this cycle with the ttc... I hope I won't be too disappointed next week.

That's exactly what happened to me last month the first time I ovulated pp (15 months later), I got a BFP and then started bleeding a few days later. It was a stressful experience so ya we're NTNP until I feel like I'm more regular but if I get a sticky BFP before that, great.

I'm NTNP (but I feel like ttc sometimes too) baby #2. My son is 16 months now and I'm still bf'ing but only in the morning and before bed. We'll see what happens. I can't wait to chat with you ladies and thanks for making this thread!

I'm Sara, still nursing my 18 month old DD. had a cycle in Jan at 8 months then a long bout of no cycle, and cycle started up regular in June. We NTNP until this month when we TTC. I didn't get a for sure positive opk - just really close and then next day was light again. So I stopped testing. AF was due yesterday but hpt tests today and yesterday were BFN. So... Waiting for AF or waiting for BFP if I O'd late.

I'm really not feeling any possible pg symptoms so I have a feeling this month is probably out. My AF is due Tuesday or Wednesday next week and I'm thinking it will probably come this month again. To be honest I'm kind of doubting if I even O'ed this month.

I keep thinking I must be out because I have symptoms. Ds's latch the past couple of days is a shock- and he's not biting- and I have constant aching cramps. Any pg, successful or not, I've never had symptoms until 6 weeks. One second I think I might be, the next I doubt I o'd or am sure I'll start any second with a short LP...
