Subbing for ideas. My oldest DS is about the same age and sounds like on a similar reading level. I'm looking for book ideas for him, too.

My almost 7 year old is a pretty good reader, but I was having a hard time motivating him. I learned he LOVES non-fiction books. I have to be the one to go through the libraryand pick the books b/c non-fiction books come in all reading levels. So I have to make sure they aren't too hard. But he loves anything and everything about animals, dinosaurs, the body, insects, etc. Getting him to read is no longer a battle b/c he loves learning about stuff.
