Yay I finally lost!!!! I lost 1.3 lbs!!!! Now I can breath a sigh if relief.

Also my baby is PL'ing!!!! She goes by herself with out me asking and both pee and poo !!! I'm so excited. Now to figure out how to night train when se refuses to go to bed without a water cup, and how to transition from naked time to panty time.

Up to 144.4. Not sure why. Drinking over a gallon of water a day, eating healthier and exercising.

Do sore muscles make you hold water weight?

Yes.

If their sore they are holding onto water to repair. Once it stops you should have a loss.

Yeah - I will cut out wheat first and see if it helps. I notice starches do it too, like potatoes and such. I had a potatoe last night and my joints are killing me this AM.

So if I'm sore and holding water weight, how do I get unsore without skipping work outs? I usually work out at least 6 days a week.

Time, ibuprofen, soak, stretch, rest.

Those are the only things I know of.
