Thanks guys. :-)I was really more mental my body could do it and although it burned I pushed through it...

I used Couch to 5K (a very similar program) and also ran in my Vibram 5 fingers. I completed my first 5K in March 2012 at just 40:00 min. I found I was pregnant 2 weeks later

Just wanted to say keep up the good work. I look forward to getting back in shape running again after I have this baby!

What helped me...Pandora. Go to genres, then go to workouts, then 80s Cardio. It keeps me upbeat and energized.

Definitely run outside if you can. I can run for miles outside, but HATE the treadmill!

I need to get back into running too.... I just get so bored! And I do different music which helps, but it's so hard to make myself get out there...especially since I am up all hrs of the night, and now it's cold. Waahhhh
