what should I get my tinkle traps lined with?

I like the idea of stay dry, as my DD got rashes from being wet in the heat (we are in florida), and I worry this guy will too. But, I'm DONE DONE DONE with pockets, so I'm having all my red edge prefolds make into fitteds. I'm thinking I'll have them lined with fleece or suede cloth, but not sure which. Everyone always mentions the cotton velour and I don't even know what the fabric is. What does it feel like, and why does everyone want it?

Also, will I have stink issues if I do the fleece/suedecloth? I love how easy cotton is to get clean, and don't want to go down the yuck road again. I'm thinking a single layer against cotton would clean ok?

I would do the cotton velour, but I think cotton is much easier to care for. The cotton velour is a very soft fabric with a little nap. Hard to describe. It's really nice.

Anyone else? Also, I purchased a slot on her store yesterday and didn't get anything in my email explaining what to do, etc. I'm assuming that will come soon?
