BabyHawks are awesome, but I love their OhSnap because it is all the comfort of the mei tai, but much easier to put on.

I wouldn't rec a moby bc they are really only good til about 15lb and you can't use them on your back, etc.
Mei tais- beanslings, babyhawk, kozy, catbird baby, bamberoo,kindercarry....lots of great ones
