I think I take the garden of life raw ones. Take with a flavored fish oil to hide the gross burp taste lol

Rainbow light here, too. Love them. They even have ginger in them to help with sickies. I've taken them pretty much nonstop since 2004 and <3 them. The formula has changed over the years and they are even better now. (Buy them on Amazon, way cheaper there!)
