I sell handmade cotton gauze baby wrap carriers. Is there a section which I can advertise that or no? If so what section can I do it under and what are the rules? Thank you!

you have to apply to the wahm forum first. That is the only place you can advertise thigs like that. I believe you have to be a ds member for a certain amount of time first though. You also need a fsot badge to be able to sell anything first.
If you are not active in other areas, they will deactivate your wahm store.

Yes, the WAHM section is the only place you can advertise things you make for sale, and you will need to apply to that section.
