Do you have ovulation pain?

So I haven't taken any OPKs this cycle and yesterday I had some ovulation pain. For those who chart, when do you usually ovulate in relation to ovulation pain? Before, during, after? I'm trying to figure out if I've O'd already. The pain is already gone today.

Me too. Before I charted I assumed the pains were happening at O. But now I can see that I have 2-3 days of pains then O. By that time I O, I have no more pains at all.

Re: Do you have ovulation pain?

Yes. And I normally have more moodiness and general PMS symptoms during ovulation then when I am about to start or am on my period....either it changed after I had kids or I am just more in tune with my body now
