I would definitely start out with a stretchy wrap like the Moby. Wovens have a pretty big learning curve and the stretchy wraps are great to get ya started

How big is your baby? Stretchy wraps will really sag with a babe over about 18 or so pounds (in my experience). I loved my Moby for newborn through the first couple of months, but then I switched to a woven which I used through toddlerhood!
