What's on the menu for Thanksgiving?
I'm trying to get my menu all finalized. I've picked out most of my recipes and just need to sit down and put together my shopping list.
Here's my plan: Turkey Ham Whole Wheat Yeast Rolls Dressing & giblet gravy cranberry sauce (DH specifically requested the can for this year) mac & cheese sweet potato casserole potato/butternut squash gratin green bean casserole Chicken ball (appetizer for before lunch) Boberry biscuit copycat for breakfast I think I'm just going to buy pies - pumpkin & pecan. So, how is your menu shaping up? |

This year will be all new for us. New house, new-ish family member (my son was a peanut this time last year).
We reserved an organic local turkey from the co-op. I make a balsamic-glazed green bean dish with almonds and red peppers. I like to make acorn squash with cranberries. Otherwise, I'm wide open and playing it by ear.
