that's awesome! I used to do Let's Dish but I had an extra freezer. Mine barely holds a thing of meat, chicken and some veggies and ice cream, so I can't do meals ahead of time (plus the house is slanted, so everything falls out of the freezer, lol)

I cooked the ground beef and shredded chicken. The other meats were raw. Since you are cooking at all together at the same temp you don't need to worry about 'contamination'.

Dang girl. I thought I was good with my 5 meals and shredded beef/onions for enchiladas 3 different times.

Besides my enchilada stuffing, I have a lasagna, chili, turkey pot pie, turkey noodle casserole, and mostaciolii with meatballs. I also have frozen chicken breasts in serving size bags and frozen ground turkey ready to throw a meal together.

How do you freeze your fajitas?

Do you mind if I ask what the budget was for all the meals? I'm desperately trying to lower our food bill. My dh should be filling the freezer with game meat which will help. But now I'm looking at other ways also.

I just made and froze the filling. We will still need to add toppings!

My grocery bill was $300 but I didn't buy any of my meat on sale. I just kinda went to the grocery store without looking and figuring out sales. Also, included in the $300 was all our breakfast/lunch items and baking essentials.

ETA: I can def work on getting that bill lower but $10 for each meal and having stuff left over for lunch is a win in my book.
