I made four batches of jelly last night getting ready for Christmas. Not a single jar set. Not one. I did a single batch at a time with recipes I've used before. What on earth happened?!

Wishing I could help but honestly don't have any idea.

Can you give them as syrup instead? Add a jar of homemade pancake mix.

Did you use liquid or powdered pectin? Powdered works better to me. You can rebook them and add more pectin. One of the few things in the kitchen that gets a 'do over'!

Powdered. I know its fixable, its just really irritating. I'm trying to keep a very tight Christmas budget. Adding another $20 for more pectin and new lids sucks. Not to mention a whole night of canning down the drain.

If you followed the recipe exactly then I would say you probably cooked at a boil for to long I've done that a few times
