Chef Salads with xtra cheese. Sometime stir-Fry as it very simple to fix an fast plus a few more things.

Breakfast for dinner! Waffles maybe with some fruit or eggs and toast.

Fried rice

Cook rice, cook veggies, throw together with leftover meat, add spices and soy sauce. Enjoy!

Pork Chops

For each pork chop:

Salt and pepper to taste
1 T brown sugar
1 onion slice
1 lemon slice (2 if you're like me and think this is the best part)
1 T ketchup

Cook at 400 for about 45 min, or until internal temp of 160. (I think... didn't go check before posting)

Spaghetti aglio, olio, e peperoncino -- or spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper flakes. You can do it without the chili pepper flakes if you don't want it spicy. It's amazing, easy, and cheap! And very traditional in Italy.

Seriously, spaghetti with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper...and the optional chili flakes.

Black bean pasta for hubby/regular spaghetti for DD and me, with jarred sauce. Meatballs from the freezer if we have any.

Speghetti is usually a quick and easy meal for us. Especially if we want a meatless meal. Tuna casserole is another fast meal.

Taco Rice. Brown up a lb of ground meat add taco season and stir in 4 cups of minute rice. Pile with lettuce tomato sour cream ect. Easy and my oldest eats it. He doesn't eat anything!
