I made it!! Does not seem so long, but we are solely breast feeding finally after such a rough start. As a newborn he preferred the bottle and only nursed at night and 2 times (first thing in the morning and before bed) all day. I thought he would end up formula fed. I got him to start nursing more during the 3 month growth spurt. It finally upped my supply.

Now at 7 months he only nurses and will no longer take a bottle (I did finally find a cup he will take) at all. My supply is much better now and I no longer have to suppliment. I am hoping to allow him to self wean. Now to make it through teething. I would love to see another 7 months at least.
