The LC at the Ped gave me a recipe to make my own but I don't think it's working that well. Can you get it as a prescription?

How much should I put in the laundry? Thanks.

Re: Nipple trush help please!!!

I wanted to come back and let you know that I started the Grapefruit Seed Extract on my nips (diluted) and in less than 12 hrs, I'm almost pain free! I hope it lasts. Also, yes, you can get a prescription for the nipple cream. (I'm picking mine up on Monday.) Check the Dr. Newman site I linked you to for the recipe the dr. should prescribe. For the grapefruit seed extract in the laundry, Dr. Newman says 15-20 drops in the rinse cycle.

Thanks for the hope and the info. How are you treating your baby?
