Work tried to give me the run around saying you have to be there 6 months to transfer, but I called the administrator and he's going to allow it due to the situation. Now he just has to see if somewhere else has an open position but he thinks they will. I'm off tonight unless they can't cover the shift.

Sorry about the work situation Dani. That sounds scary!

I'm home with the flu today. I tried to get DH a Nexus 4 for his birthday but it crashed on the final screen and then was sold out. If anyone willing to go to t-mobile for me tomorrow and try to get one for me I would pay for the phone and all the shipping and send you yarn for your trouble.

Some good news is, dyakcraft is sending me a new set of cables for my interchangeable set for free since I had issues with the previous ones.

No knitting today. I am doing house work, and making a trip to the grocery store today. Later this afternoon my mom is coming over to visit the kids. I am not doing very good at this 'knit whenever you can' business.

Do they have a security escort? At my hospital we could call a central security line and have them walk us wherever, we had several break-ins because of being so close to the MAX (lightrail) so they were very conscientious of getting people to their vehicles safely, especially since we had to park several blocks away from the hospital most times. Also, the keying seems high school malicious, and something they'd only do because they figured it'd be anonymously threatening. Not that you shouldn't take it seriously, but it seems like the actions of someone who wants to bully in secret, you know?

That's a good sign they're trying to do something!

I missed UPS trying to pick up the Matchless today, but it says they'll be back at some point, but not when. I put it on the porch with the pickup tag (a thousand dollar wheel on my porch makes me nervous though).

Amazingly as soon as it got boxed up and out of my way, I'm back to my old levels of spinning productivity! I think the thing has bad mojo.
