What setting on the dryer to dry?

I have a BG2.0, BG AIO, FB, HH from the trial pack that I'm using to see if CD is for us.
Currently, I'm doing laundry every night and throw it into the dryer when I go to bed. I tumble dry on low, and for the "more dry" setting on my dryer - seems to go on for around 40 min or so. But they are still damp when I take them out in the morning.Which means I have to use sposies until they sun dry or I run another dryer cycle.

Any suggestions as to how I can get this dry cycle right?

Re: What setting on the dryer to dry?

I dry my stuff on low for about 60-70 minutes. the inserts and pockets get dry, depending on what fitteds I have in there, they might take a little longer or else I hang them or put them on the drying rack to finish up.
AIO's and fitteds take longer to dry in general than pockets or prefolds, I believe.

have you tried dryer balls? They seem to really help fluff everything up and get it dried thoroughly.
