The RAR doll diapers are just a cover...TPU with velcro, nothing absorbent. They fit my DDs 15" AG Bitty Baby perfectly. They are much smaller than any newborn diaper Ive seen.

Re: i made my first fitted diaper and have a few questions

Here is a link to a store that sells Diaper cuts http://www.diapersewingsupplies.com/...nt-pul-fabric/ if you click on the options under the picture, then on diaper cut, you can get the list price which is 3.95.

Also check out in 'Market' the FSOT (For sale or trade) craft/hobby supplies, here on diaperswappers. Often there are remnants of PUL from other mama's making diapers that they will sell for cheap or ffs (free for shipping)

Jo-Annes sells much smaller cuts off of a yard so if you only need 13 inches in length it would only be around $5 for the whole width. Plus a 40% coupon would make it closer to 3. But I would use the coupon for the foldover elastic or regular elastic.

Thanks for the info! Those images show the outline of padding on the doll diapers and they don't say that they are just a cover. What false advertising .
I was considering getting some for my niece, good to know that they are just the cover.

I'm not sure, but I was wondering the same thing. You could probably email or call them to find out.

If you have a Hobby Lobby nearby, they frequently (almost every week) have a 40% off couponand since you would only need a small amount you wouldn't have to buy a whole yard...example PUL $14 per yard...1/4 yard $3.50 - 40% = $2.10. You could probably make a couple covers out of that much PUL depending on the size of the doll.
