I've seen them at Nickis and Sweetbottoms baby. Are they essentially the same as Simplex 2.0 except with microfiber instead of cotton?

Yes, they're essentially identical except Blueberry is stay dry.

I actually have one of each (simplex and basix). They are almost identical. The basix does have encased elastic. The soaker in the basix is also shorter...it stops and inch or two from the back of the diaper. The basix is also fully lined so there is no PUL touching skin like there is at the tops of the simplex. I can try and post some pics if anyone is interested.
