Also make sure to get a good quality DHA supplement! Most prenatals either don't have it, or don't have enough of it. At work I always recommend Nordic Naturals Prenatal DHA, the quality absolutely cannot be beat

I use the Nordic naturals as well. I keep them in the freezer and never have fishy burps.

They use natural flavorings in the oil, so even if you do burp it doesn't taste bad. I've bitten them open to make sure, and nope...no fishy taste I believe the prenatal dha tastes like strawberries.
