Karyn, it really chilled me how you went from a detailed discussion of vomit to the turkey being done. ![]() Good morning! It is an okay morning here. Adequate at least ![]() Question for those who will know better than I do - what baby/toddler all cotton pants will hold up well to toddler abuse but not shrink or super fade in the wash? I need to hit the mall later and get stuff today so I can't shop online which is what I usually do. I am lazy so usually just buy stuff from baby Gap but I have exhausted my possibilities there. Is Gymboree good? We have one of those, a Children's Place though I have never had anything there but play clothes, and department stores. I like to buy stuff that I know will last through more than just the one kid. He can fit into 18-24 or 2T so I know I have a lot of options, I just don't know what they are.

Yuck! Sorry the little one is sick Fi! I really REALLY hope the puking bug passes us this year! We already got it in the summer, and don't want the winter strain. :scared:
The adoption social worker just left. All went well. One more visit in January, then hopefully we can finalize in April(ish). Bad news... since it took so long, we can't claim it on this years taxes. We will have to try not to lose everything and claim it next year. Sigh. Knitting... I should be able to get fo pics today!

![]() I usually buy the kids' clothes from Old Navy, Target, Gymboree, Gap Kids and Carters, depending on what kid it is. I also only shop clearance, because I am cheap .

Re: VETERANS DAY! KAL 11/11-11/17 Knit to a goal!
I tend to like Baby Gap because they fit the cloth diaper but also because they are plain. I went into a Gymboree and my eyes hurt.
![]() Thanks for the recs, I will try Old Navy, there is one like 15 mins away. I need comfy clothes, sweatpants and sweatshirts mostly. I tried stuff from Target but it either shrunk right away or bled into other clothes (after several alone washes) so they are on my no-no list. I love clearance racks. I like a good deal ![]() Yay on the adoption visit but booo on the taxes

. And the 17's are long, 29" I believe. They do have some bamboo clover'in 16". I'd be happy to get whatever you need and send them.
They will get over it. I know our cable company has a bunch of "free" on-demand channels so they still might be able to watch their shows or at the very least youtube it.
I had the appointment on the calendar, but completely forgot about it. And of course they are closed today so I can't reschedule it.
