Re: nursing pads?

If your a super soaker, or have a heavy let down, I would say go with something that has a PUL backing. I tried fleece backing, but my let down was just too fast and heavy that I had compression leaks! PUL would fine, and when i wasn't nursing, I'd put in a cotton pad with no backing so my nipple could breath!

Re: nursing pads?

I loved these ones :

They might not work for a super soaker though. But they are super soft. The other ones I used were from Motherhood Maternity, and they were thick & rough, and showed through my shirt.
