Re: How to season cast iron?
I use water to clean mine. After I clean it (err... well DH does it LOL), it is dried. Then put on the stove ... heated up and oiled. After it cools, it is put away. (Often we have a few pans or a griddle just sitting on the stove ... oiled and ready to go.
