Where can I find wide shoes??

DD2 definitely needs wide shoes (if not double wide!) and I usually buy her shoes at Stride Rite outlet, but she needs dress shoes and she will wear them 3 times max so I don't want to pay Stride Rite prices! Is there anywhere else I can find wide shoes?? I have only checked JC Penney and Target with no luck. Any ideas?

What about Robeez or Target's Mini Star shoes? DS has fat little feet, but I do Stride Rite for him because nothing else fits right. I was spending as much money just trying to find something that he was comfy in. I have had really good luck at consignment stores, ebay, and fsot...have you tried any of those?

I need hard sole shoes for her. We have nasty cold and snowy winters so I need something that will keep her feet dry. I have checked fsot with no luck and Ebay drives me crazy with the whole bidding and waiting 5 days to see if I won I DID find a pair of like new stride rite shoes at a thrift store for $1.70 and I was SO excited! Unfortunately, she grew out of them soo fast!

Payless has some sizes in wide. We have gotten some of DS1's shoes from there and he has fat feet. They didn't have a huge selection but it was also partly because we were looking for boy shoes.
